Celebrate Mass outdoors at STA!
We are excited to announce that we will be celebrating Mass outdoors in the lower parking lot through August. The Spanish Mass will begin at 7:00 a.m. and the English Mass will begin at 9:00 a.m. Starting August 2, we will have a 7:00 p.m. Mass in English. These outdoor masses will allow St. Thomas Aquinas parishioners to come together in a safe manner without the need for reservations or for restrictions on the number of attendees. We will expect everyone to maintain social distancing and encourage you to wear a mask during the celebrations. You will need to bring your own chair if you want to sit during the Mass. There will be limited seats provided for those with physical needs or those who require handicap accommodations. The Masses will be held rain or shine as the parish will provide two large tents to protect from the weather and the sun. However those areas will be first come first serve and chairs will not be provided.
Misas al aire libre en Julio
Con gran gusto anunciamos que celebraremos misa al aire libre en el estacionamiento inferior de laparroquia a partir del sábado 28 de junio y durante el mes de agosto. A partir del 2 de agosto, tendremos un horario de 7:00 p.m. Misa en ingles. La misa en español se celebrará a las 7 a.m. y la misa en inglés se celebrará a las 9 a.m.
Estas misas al aire libre permitirán a los parroquianos de Santo Tomás de Aquino reunirse de manera segura sin la necesidad de hacer una reservación o con restricciones en el número de personas que deseen asistir. Esperamos que todos cumplan con el distanciamiento social requerido y se les pide usar un tapabocas durante estas celebraciones al aire libre. Las misas se celebrarán aún si hay lluvia.
La parroquia proporcionará dos grandes carpas para protegerse del clima y el sol. Estas áreas se asignarán por orden de llegada y recuerde que se debe de cumplir con el distanciamiento social dentro de las carpas. NO se proporcionarán sillas. Únicamente habrá asientos limitados para las personas con necesidades físicas. Si usted quiere sentarse durante la misa, será necesario que traiga su propia silla.
Planeamos regresar a celebrar la misa dominical dentro del templo a partir del mes de agosto, y esto será siguiendo nuevos lineamientos. Se limitará el número de personas que pueden asistir a una misa, se requerirá que traiga puesto un tapabocas mientras usted este dentro del edificio y durante toda la misa. Contaremos con un sistema donde usted podrá reservar espacio para la misa que desee atender. Les daremos más detalles pronto.
