  • Anointing of the Sick will be held on the 5th Sunday of the month, August 29:
    Following the 5:30 p.m. Saturday evening Mass
    During the 7:30 a.m. Sunday Mass
    Following the 12 noon Sunday Mass.

    Annointing of the Sick will also be held :
    Following the 7:30 Saturday Mass (Aug. 28)
    Following the 2:30 Sunday Mass (Aug. 29)


  • We would like to wish Father Greg many returns as he celebrates his birthday on August 29!


  • The Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated at St. Thomas Aquinas on Saturday, January 8, 2011. Tenth grade students and older teens who wish to be confirmed should contact the Religious Education Office to register for the Confirmation preparation program.

  • The Holy Father's Intention for the month of August is as follows: "That those who are without work or homes or who are otherwise in serious need may find understanding and welcome, as well as concrete help in overcoming their difficulties." The faithful may receive a plenary indulgence by praying for the His Holiness' intentions. The requirements for this indulgence can be found here at the Vatican website (under the "General Remarks On Indulgences" heading.




Pray Date with Jesus
Wednesday, September 1

A Eucharistic Adoration time for families with children of all ages, young and old! Join us Wednesday, September 1 from 3:30 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel.

Through a combination of praise, worship music & silent adoration, we create a special opportunity to encounter Jesus’ true presence face to face – especially for children. Contact Gail Graham for more information at 770-442- 8160.


Fellowship for Mom's Meeting
Tuesday, September 14
